Mental well-being coaching

Everyone has experienced times where life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and the mental health coaches at Headspace are on hand to help you navigate through difficult situations.

Through Headspace, members can get confidential and convenient support via text-based chats. These sessions can be scheduled in advance, or accessed right away if members are in need of in-the-moment help.

All of Headspace’s mental health coaches have graduate degrees in psychology or a related field, and/or a coaching certification, with at least two years of professional work experience and 200+ hours of annual training.

Meditation and mindfulness

Members can explore hundreds of guided exercises for meditation mindfulness, alongside ways to manage stress, bounce back from challenges and sleep soundly.

Meditation exercises take an average of five minutes to complete, so members can relieve tension, relax and focus on their schedule.

Headspace helps build healthy habits, with members reporting a 32% reduction in stress after 30 days of use.1

Clinical therapy*

If members are in need of extra support during challenging times, our coach may suggest a consult with a therapist that can provide additional guidance and help.

The therapist will become an integral part of a member’s care team, with regular scheduled video calls to make sure members get the right care every step of the way.
