As part of our ongoing effort to streamline processes and enhance security, cheque payment is no longer offered as an option. This update helps ensure faster, more reliable claim processing for the individuals you support.
We encourage you to begin using the new forms right away. If you have older versions saved, please replace them to avoid delays or complications with submissions.
