Through our International Health & Wellbeing additional cover, we offer access to three integrated wellness services designed to support customers in leading balanced, healthier lives.

These services are delivered in partnership with Workplace Options (WPO), a global leader in wellbeing solutions. With over 40 years of experience and support available in more than 70 languages, WPO ensures that members receive expert, culturally sensitive care tailored to their needs.

Comprehensive Support Through Three Key Services

1. Life Management Assistance Programme - This 24/7, 365-day-a-year confidential service provides practical support for a wide range of personal, family, and work-related challenges. Whether our customers are facing stress at work, navigating family responsibilities, or dealing with personal issues, this programme offers immediate access to short-term counselling and mindfulness coaching to help manage day-to-day wellbeing.

2. Wellness Coaching - Our coaching programme connects members with certified wellness professionals who help them set and achieve personalised health goals. Delivered via phone or video, coaching sessions are flexible and accessible from anywhere.

  • Healthy eating
  • Fitness and exercise
  • Sleep improvement
  • Stress management
  • Tobacco cessation

Members can access up to six coaching sessions per focus area per coverage period, empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes aligned with their personal values.

3. Mental Health Support Programme (MHSP) - For customers diagnosed with mild to moderate anxiety or depression, MHSP offers extended clinical support through up to 20 in-person counselling sessions. This programme is designed to address deeper-rooted mental health challenges, helping individuals build coping strategies and regain confidence in their daily lives. It complements the Life Management Assistance Programme by offering longer-term, focused care.
