Background
Bailey transitioned from semiprofessional basketball in 2021 to playing professionally in Valencia and later in France. From there, he built and scaled a global sales and marketing business supporting small local businesses, which he successfully exited in early 2025. After a period of consulting, Bailey joined Cigna Healthcare Global Individual Health at the end of 2025. In 2026, he also began competing in ultra-distance races.

Favorite part of working with brokers
Since joining the broker team at the end of December, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed connecting with brokers, supporting customers, and building new relationships across all regions. I especially value the partnership with the business development managers, who have been incredibly welcoming and supportive in helping me understand how to best engage with their customers and markets.
